Sparkle & Shine Services LLC sends appointment confirmations and reminders by text message to customers who have asked to receive them.
What you'll receive
- Confirmation when a cleaning is scheduled
- A reminder before an upcoming cleaning, asking you to confirm or cancel
- Replies to texts you send us about your appointment
We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
Customers give consent to receive texts when they provide their mobile number to Sparkle & Shine Services LLC and agree to receive appointment texts, either in person, by phone, or in writing. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Consent statement shown to customers:
"I agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder text messages from Sparkle & Shine Services LLC at the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms at this website."
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
